Information we obtain from non-Racebuilds sources:
If you choose to enable direct integration of online third party services, such as Facebook and, payment service providers etc. (“Third Party Services”) into your Racebuilds experience, then Personal Data you have provided to these Third Party Services may be made available to us. In addition, Personal Data you have provided to us may be made available to these Third Party Services. The manner in which Third Party Services use, store and disclose your information, including , but not limited to, the use by these Third Party Services of Personal Data received from us for purposes of targeted online advertising, is governed solely by the policies of such third parties, including, but not limited to, your rights and choices in opting out of targeted advertising. Racebuilds shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third Party Service that may be enabled within the Service.
We may also receive personal information about you from other third-party sources, such as business referrals, marketing partners, publicly available sources and data providers.
We will use, store and disclose all such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information:
Racebuilds uses your Personal Data in various ways to provide the Services to you, analyze use of the Services, including studying user demographics, or to create anonymous, aggregated or de-identified data.

Your Rights and Choices:
- Access or Update Your Information: You may review and update your Personal Data by logging into your account profile. Where required by applicable laws, we may provide you access to your Personal Data that is in the possession and control of Racebuilds. To request such access, please send a written request using the contact information provided in the “Contacting Racebuilds” section below. The written request must describe, in detail the personal information requested. We may request specific information from you to enable us to confirm your identity and right to access, as well as to search for and provide you with the personal information requested. Children:
Racebuilds does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data in our Sites or through the Services. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Sites and our Services. The Services may contain links to other websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party.
